The picture on the left was supplied with the question, if I could lighten her up enough to create a beautiful painting?
In Photoshop, I isolated the image of the girl, so I could make adjustments to her without effecting the colors of the sky, ocean and sand. The photo on the right is the result which provided a good reference to paint.
